Parker Chase Properties manages five truly ski-in/ski-out residences at Deer Valley, Utah. We live in Park City. When you book with us, you are working directly with the people who chose these properties, appointed every detail inside them, and care whether your trip is the one your family talks about for years.
Every residence is truly ski-in/ski-out, with direct trail access to Deer Valley's lift network from your door. Each one has a full gourmet kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glass, Sonos in the living rooms, smart home technology, and the kind of details you notice on night two: heated bathroom floors, Nespresso machines, professional blow dryers, and automated shades.

Why Deer Valley
Deer Valley Resort has ranked as North America's top ski resort for over a decade, and for good reason. It is one of only a handful of resorts in the country that limits daily skier visits, which means groomed runs, short lift lines, and a mountain experience that feels private even on a holiday weekend.
Four of our five residences sit in Empire Pass, at roughly 8,200 feet, well above Deer Valley's base areas at Snow Park and Silver Lake. The elevation advantage is real: the snow arrives first and lingers longest. On a powder morning, our guests are on the lift while most visitors are still driving up from town.
Our fifth residence, Cormont, is in the new Deer Valley East Village at the base of the resort. East Village is the largest ski resort development in North America: three new base lifts, a village plaza with 70-plus restaurants, cafés, and shops (42 retail, 32 dining), and the largest ski beach on the continent. Full completion is expected in 2028-2029, with Tower One (where our Cormont residence sits) opening December 2027.
In summer, the same terrain opens up to over 500 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, with the Jordanelle Reservoir just minutes away for paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, waterskiing, jet skiing, and kiteboarding. Park City's Main Street, with its restaurants, galleries, and live music, is a free shuttle ride from every property in our portfolio.
