Also, please be aware that Après-ski amenities may not be available during the season's first or last two weeks.

This BRAND NEW (2018 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run which is rated a beginner (green) trail so any skiing ability will get you home!
One Empire Pass is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in 2018, our condo is considered one of the most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos in the building. Our condo is 1,250 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms both with ensuite full baths.

Master bedroom -- King size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. The dual spa pools are open year round and heated. The views are... breathtaking. It's the "best seat in the house."

You have full access to a free, on-demand shuttle, "Empire Express." You can use the app just like you use Uber, but there is no additional cost. Empire Express will take you to most places throughout Deer Valley and central Park City.
The large and modern fitness center at One Empire Pass is fabulous. Treadmills, stationary bikes including a Peloton, rowing machine, elliptical, weights, and more.
The fitness center has not only the equipment you love but great views!
The two level owner lounge is spectacular. The lower level has enormous, comfortable sofas and amazing views.
We have an in-house ski valet and ski rentals taking your time to "on the slopes" to just minutes.
The kids room at One Empire Pass is just an amazing place for the little ones. Puppet theater, drawing supplies, Lincoln Logs, and much more.

The second floor of the owners' lounge is a spectacular place to unwind and relax.
The spa pool is an amazing place to relax and unwind during both the summer and winter. The spa pools are heated year-round.
The second full bath is ensuite for the second bedroom.
The second bedroom is both gorgeous and accommodating. The king pillow top mattress below is incredibly comfortable. There are two twin bunk beds with their own lighting, USB power, cup holders and more. Someone 6' tall can walk under the bunkbeds and need hit them.
Both the lower king size pillow top bed and the two twin bunk beds above have luxurious and comfortable bedding.
The ladders leading up to the twin bunk beds can detach and pivot if you want them out of the way or for safety reasons want the ladders disconnected so kids don't climb up.

The Silver Strike Express ski lift at Deer Valley is just 100 feet away. Even on a powder day there is never a line at this location. Just ski up and go!
The ski prep and storage area in the owner's lounge is where you can store all of your gear. You are in and out in minutes and our ski valets are there to help you.
