Parker Chase Properties started in 1999 by purchasing our first property in Park City, Utah, in The Caledonian on Main Street in “Old Town” Park City. We expanded to four carefully selected luxury ski-in/ski-out properties across Park City and Deer Valley.
We are passionate about delighting our guests with top-notch luxury properties that include the latest amenities and technology. We aspire to deliver a fantastic experience from the moment you book until you have to return home. We love Park City and are excited to share this tremendous, four-season destination with you!
Parker Chase Properties owns and directly manages all our properties, and we care deeply about the total guest experience. We carefully select, design, and equip each home with beautiful furnishings and top-end accessories, from massive flat-screen TVs and super fast Wi-Fi to the last fork in the drawer.
