We bought our first place in Park City in 1999, before Deer Valley’s Empire Pass even existed. Over the next two decades, we added more residences in Empire Pass as the area grew into one of the most sought-after ski-in/ski-out addresses in North America.

Today, Parker Chase Properties manages four luxury vacation rentals at Deer Valley’s Empire Pass, each one ski-in/ski-out and steps from the Silver Strike Express lift. We own most of them. We live in Park City year-round. We know the mountain, the restaurants, the trails, and the people who make this place what it is.

In December 2027, we are adding our first residence beyond Empire Pass: a property at Cormont, the new luxury development in Deer Valley’s East Village. We chose it for the same reason we chose every other property in our portfolio. Location, ski-in/ski-out access, build quality, and the kind of setting our guests remember long after they leave.

Every home in our collection has a full gourmet kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, a private Sonos system, smart home technology, and the details that matter most on a family ski trip: heated bathroom floors, Nespresso machines, professional-grade hair dryers, and motorized shades that actually work.

We also manage select properties for a small number of owners who share our standards. If a property is in our portfolio, it is one we would stay in ourselves.
