Our Story

From Left to Right: Steve Barsh, Amber Salzman, Lane Parker Barsh, Spencer Chase Barsh, and “Liberty” (Australian Shepherd)

We bought our first place in Park City in 1999, before Deer Valley’s Empire Pass even existed. Over the next two decades, we added four more residences in Empire Pass as the area grew into what it is now: the most sought-after ski-in/ski-out address in North America.

Today, Parker Chase Properties manages five luxury residences in Deer Valley, Utah. We own most of them. We live in Park City. We know the mountain, the restaurants, the trails, and the people who make this place what it is.

Every property in our portfolio is ski-in/ski-out at Empire Pass, 50 to 600 feet from the Silver Strike Express lift. Each one has a full gourmet kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glass, Sonos systems, smart home tech, and the kind of details you notice on night two: heated bathroom floors, Nespresso machines, professional blow dryers, and automated shades that actually work.

But the real difference is simpler than any of that. We answer your messages nearly immediately. When you book with us, you are working directly with the people who chose these properties, furnished them, and care whether your trip is the one your family talks about for years.

We also manage a small number of properties for other owners, all of whom meet the same standard. If it is in our portfolio, it is a property we would stay in ourselves.
