The most personal way to stay with us is also the simplest. By reserving directly through Parker Chase, you bypass third-party platforms entirely — and with them, the fees they add to your stay.
Beyond the rate, direct reservation affords something more valuable: a direct relationship with us. Parker Chase is owner-managed. From your first inquiry through your final morning, you are in direct contact with the people who selected, designed, and personally care for each residence. That access — unhurried, responsive, and genuinely attentive — is not something a platform can replicate.
-
Generally, cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, please contact us directly. The cancellation policy specific to your property and dates is clearly presented at the start of the booking process, so you will always know the exact terms before you confirm your reservation.
-
We do not allow pets at any of our properties. This ensures a clean, allergen-free environment for all guests, including those with allergies.

All of our properties are listed on Airbnb and VRBO, and you are welcome to book on whichever platform you prefer. That said, booking directly through stayparkerchase.com offers real advantages: you avoid third-party service fees, you have a direct line to our team throughout your stay, and we can often provide greater flexibility with dates, special requests, and pricing.
-
Yes. If your group needs more space than a single property provides, we can coordinate availability across our portfolio. We have done this for family reunions, corporate retreats, and wedding groups. Contact us at hello@stayparkerchase.com to discuss.

All of our properties are located in Empire Pass at Deer Valley Resort. You can drive to the Deer Valley ski school at Snow Park Lodge, or take Empire Express, our free on-demand shuttle service, to the base area. If your children already know how to ski, they can take the lift and ski directly to ski school. If you have booked a private lesson through Deer Valley, the instructor will come to your building to pick up you and your kids. The shuttle runs throughout the ski season, making the morning routine simple and stress-free.

Park City Mountain Resort allows both skiing and snowboarding. Deer Valley only allows skiing, no snowboarding.

Our condos are a 40-45 minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
-
Yes, you can also fly into Heber Valley Airport (KHCR). Heber Valley is about 30 minutes from our condos.
Please let your pilot know that KHCR has a high circling minimum IFR approach. If you can’t make it in, you’ll divert to KSLC, which is only 10-15 minutes further driving. So frequently, people will fly into KSLC no matter what, land on the GA runway, and park at the FBO there.
-
Yes. We will provide contact details after booking.
-
Yes, both Uber and Lyft operate from Salt Lake City International Airport and in and around Park City.
-
Our condos are located between 7,000-8,000 feet. If you are coming from a low sea level location, when you first get to Park City, if you run up a flight of stairs or work out, you’ll notice the difference in altitude and lower oxygen content. But nearly everyone adjusts to it and has little trouble.
-
Our properties are between 50 and 600 feet from the Silver Strike Express lift at Deer Valley. Argent at Empire Pass is the closest at about 50 feet. One Empire Pass is roughly 100 feet. Tower Residences is 600 feet. All are true ski-in/ski-out.
-
All of our Empire Pass buildings have elevator access to the unit level. However, the interiors of our units are not fitted out to ADA standards, and there may be some limitations for wheelchair users. Contact us directly to discuss your specific accessibility needs, and we can help you find the best option.

Winter Conditions
-
If you plan to drive, we strongly recommend an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle between December and April. Park City roads are well maintained, but conditions in Empire Pass can change quickly during and after storms.
That said, many of our guests skip the rental car entirely. Uber and Lyft are reliable from Salt Lake City International Airport to Park City, and once you arrive, Empire Express, our free on-demand shuttle, will take you anywhere you need to go in the Deer Valley area. Between the shuttle and rideshare services, a rental car is often unnecessary.
-
Deer Valley typically opens in early December and closes in mid-April, depending on snow conditions. The best and most reliable snow is from mid-December through March. Early and late season rates are lower to reflect the possibility that ski-in/ski-out access may not be available during those periods.
-
You can walk along Main Street with tons of shops. You can visit the Park City Museum, many art galleries, and the Olympic Museum. You can also go snowshoeing, snowmobiling, on a horse sleigh ride, and many more activities. You can drive down to Salt Lake City and visit. There is a lot to do in and around Park City. It is not an isolated area and not a “ski-only” destination.
-
Park City has 500+ miles of hiking and biking trails, including trails accessible directly from our Empire Pass properties. Other summer highlights include live concerts at Deer Valley's Snow Park Amphitheater, the Park City Arts Festival, the Kimball Arts Festival, fly fishing on the Provo and Weber rivers, horseback riding, golfing at several championship courses, and exploring Main Street’s restaurants and galleries. Empire Express, our free on-demand shuttle, makes getting around easy. Many people feel summer is the best time to be in Park City.

We own and manage most of our properties. We also selectively manage properties for a small number of other owners who meet our very exacting standards. Every property in our portfolio, whether we own it or manage it, gets the same level of attention and the same amenities. If it is listed on our site, we stand behind it.
