    “Excellent!! This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and attention to detail. The unit is awesome, very clean, plenty of room, well stocked from throw blankets to kitchen supplies and lots of extra creature comforts. Honestly, the location is so good the host would have to do very little to rent it, but the unit is so nice you can tell the host clearly wants people to feel at home and pampered here. The beds were so comfy I asked where all of bedding came from so I could order! This place is located literally right next to the Town lift, has garage parking and a fantastic steak house downstairs. I can’t imagine finding a better spot in PC.”

    “We had a mini-family reunion with 5 adults in this beautiful condo in August. Everything in the condo is high-end and incredibly comfortable. However, our favorite part was the location. Just walk out the building and you are on Main St. Park City. We enjoyed the restaurants and Park Silly Sunday (the street is closed to traffic). We had an easy drive to the Sundance area for a good 7 mile hike. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you for the hospitality!”

The dining table in our open floor plan condo comfortable seats up to 10 and is just off of the kitchen. The sleek and modern esthetic and honed with gorgeous wood and sweeping light fixtures adding a mountain theme.
The year-round outdoor spa pool is an incredibly gorgeous place to sit out and relax after a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring. The spa pool is between the ski lift and fitness center with views of both... along with views of Deer Valley.
The lower level gaming area and two lane bowling alley is a fun place to hang with friends. We have bowling shoes and balls ready for you.
The two lane bowling alley includes a fully automated and electronic scoring systems.
The eat in kitchen island includes seating for four.

The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. You wake up in your king bed with pillow top mattress and can issue your own conditions report regarding snow, grooming, or the weather for summer hiking. Please note -- all three bedrooms have a view

Argent's spa pool is heated, open year round, and just outside of our full glass enclosed fitness center.
Argent at One Empire Pass and several of the Deer Valley trails that lead to it for great skiing or wonderful summer hiking.
The Silver Buck Run is what will bring you back to Argent for lunch, a quick change of gloves, or returning to our ski valets to help you get your gear off.
Our dining table is a wonderful gather spot to plan your day or enjoy your meals with seating for up to 10 people.

Our wrap around leather sofa has great views of our balcony and the ski lift as you sit in front of our gas fireplace, massive Sony UHD 4K TV, and full deep sound from our Sonos Dolby Atmos surround sound system.

We have a full size, high capacity, HE washer and dryer in the condo and the laundry detergent, dryer sheets, delicates bags, and more are waiting for you.
All of our bathrooms include some of the finest amenities. We've done away with the tiny plastic bottles which produce way too much plastic and include top-of-the-line spa-oriented products.
Every bedroom has a view.
The owner's lounge on the first floor has a gorgeous table where owners and guests can swap stories of the day or make plans for the evening or tomorrow. Breakfast and apres-ski are served during the winter ski season.
In the owner's area ski lounge and ski prep areas you'll have plenty of room or store your gear just steps from the ski lift.

The power room is just off of the kitchen so guests don't need to enter a bedroom if they need a bathroom.
The ski deck is on the top (sixth) floor of the building and provides gorgeous views of Deer Valley. The ski deck includes a small onsite library.
We participate in the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky program and all of our electricity is from renewable sources - wind and solar.
