Cormont Unit 1507 will occupy the 5th floor of Tower One at Deer Valley East Village, with a private elevator, a ~2,500 sq ft interior, and over 1,000 sq ft of wraparound deck with a private hot tub and south-facing, up-mountain views. Parker Chase Properties will bring its signature standard of hospitality to Deer Valley's most anticipated new address. Opening late 2027.

Tower One will be the closest Cormont building to the ski beach, and Unit 1507 will sit on its south face with unobstructed views up the mountain. You will step out of your private elevator into a fully furnished, thoughtfully appointed three-bedroom residence with 3.5 baths, a private hot tub, gas fireplace, and a wraparound deck larger than most Park City living rooms.
Your dedicated Cormont ski lounge and full-service ski valet are about a two-minute walk from Tower One, right at the ski beach. The East Village Express gondola is about a two-minute walk via the steps at the Deer Valley East Village Lodge. The Keetley Express and HooDoo Express chairlifts are about a three-minute walk. Drop your gear with the valet, and they will handle overnight storage, day lockers, and complimentary refreshments. VIP Skier Services will arrange lift tickets, Deer Valley ski school lessons, and rentals so your morning starts on the snow, not in a line.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom
King bed. Samsung Frame TV. South-facing with panoramic mountain views. Walk-in closet. Ensuite primary bathroom with full bath and separate shower. Private, quiet, and positioned at the far end of the residence away from the living areas.
Bedroom Two
King bed. Large-screen TV. Ensuite full bathroom. Walk-in closet. Dresser/desk with desk chair for anyone who needs a workspace.
Twin Bunkroom
Four twin bunkbeds (sleeps 4). Large-screen TV. Storage built into the bunks, a nightstand, and seating. Great for families with kids or groups of friends.
Living Room
Sleeper sectional that converts to accommodate 2 additional guests. Samsung Frame TV, gas fireplace, and Sonos.
Powder Room
Half bath off the kitchen and living area, so guests will not need to walk through a bedroom.
Cormont Amenities
All Cormont amenities across every tower will be open to every resident and guest. Amenities will come online as each tower is completed.
In Tower One (opening late 2027)
Après ski terrace on the plaza level. Heated pool deck. Sauna & cold plunge with private showers. Fitness center. Library lounge. On-site restaurant and café. Welcome lobby with porte cochère. Dedicated Cormont ski lounge & ski valet at the ski beach. VIP skier services for lift tickets, Deer Valley ski school lessons, and rentals. Concierge services.
Coming 2028 and beyond
Tower Five rooftop pool and sundeck lounge. Tower Three heated pool with lakeview terrace. Game rooms, a toddler play zone, a 21-and-over piano bar, an ice cream and soda parlor, and a golf simulator. Additional fitness centers, saunas, cold plunges, and hot tubs across all five towers.
Deer Valley East Village
Cormont sits at the center of Deer Valley East Village, one of the most significant ski resort developments in North America. The village is being built out in phases:
The ski beach
The largest in North America, with three lifts at the base: the East Village Express gondola (10-passenger cabins, heated seats, floor-to-ceiling glass), the Keetley Express six-pack chairlift (heated seats, bubble canopy), and the HooDoo Express. All three are within a two- to three-minute walk from Tower One. The Deer Valley expansion has already more than doubled the resort's skiable terrain, with a full buildout planned for over 5,700 acres across 10 peaks.
Deer Valley East Village Lodge
A nearly 90,000 sq ft skier services building with Deer Valley ski school, rentals, and retail. About a one-minute walk from Tower One.
Village Plaza
Plans for ~30 dining experiences, ~40 curated shops, a day lodge, Deer Valley ski school drop-off, and a winter ice ribbon. Initial dining and retail will open with Tower One; the full village is expected by 2028/2029.
Hiking and mountain biking
Over 125 miles of trails accessible right from East Village, including lift-served downhill mountain biking, flow trails for every skill level, and guided alpine hiking. Deer Valley's summer season runs June through September, and the resort hosts the Fox US Open of Mountain Biking.
Jordanelle Reservoir
Visible from your deck and less than a 3-minute drive. A 3,300-acre alpine lake with paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding, boating, and fishing, plus a full-service marina.
Tower One residents will be among the very first to experience East Village. Not everything listed above will be open on day one, and we will keep this page updated as the timeline becomes clearer.
